As a Kitchen Line Cook, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.
  • Manage inventory and ensure fresh ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
  • Collaborate effectively with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP standards).
  • Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Assist in recipe development and new menu item testing as required.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar commercial kitchen role.
  • Strong understanding of professional cooking techniques and food preparation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen health regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Culinary school certification or equivalent vocational training is a plus.
