Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and optimize food and labor costs through effective menu engineering and strategic procurement.
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to achieve high performance and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement profit-driving strategies.
  • Develop and maintain cost control measures while maximizing revenue.
  • Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and promotional offerings.
  • Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in kitchen management or a supervisory role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food cost control, menu engineering, and procurement best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • In-depth understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and POS systems.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
