- Manage and optimize food and labor costs through effective menu engineering and strategic procurement.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to achieve high performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement profit-driving strategies.
- Develop and maintain cost control measures while maximizing revenue.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and promotional offerings.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in kitchen management or a supervisory role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food cost control, menu engineering, and procurement best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- In-depth understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and POS systems.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
