As our Kitchen Manager, you will lead a talented team, manage inventory workflows, and maintain the highest levels of food safety and sanitation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service delivery.
  • Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistent product quality and service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs (COGS), and execute strategic ordering to minimize waste.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all kitchen stations.
  • Develop and implement operational workflows to optimize kitchen productivity during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with management to monitor menu performance and suggest improvements or seasonal adjustments.
  • Maintain equipment performance through regular maintenance schedules and prompt reporting of repairs.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Head Chef, ideally within a Japanese restaurant or casual dining concept.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing kitchen teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and HACCP standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by restaurant operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in digital inventory management systems.
  • Passion for authentic cuisine and commitment to superior guest satisfaction.
