  • Oversee and coordinate daily back-of-house kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and timely service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, portion sizes, and waste management to meet financial targets.
  • Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a positive and disciplined work environment.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, receiving deliveries, and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to standardize recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes before they reach the dining area.
  • Handle kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate diverse kitchen staff.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, food safety standards (e.g., HACCP), and sanitation regulations.
