As our Kitchen Manager, you will act as the bridge between the culinary team and the front of house, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences. You will manage inventory, control costs, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment.   • Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and cooking activities to ensure recipes are followed accurately.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to improve performance and develop culinary skills.

  • Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Develop and implement standard recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency.
  • Manage kitchen operations during peak hours, ensuring efficient workflow and service speed.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Chef de Partie in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and HACCP guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
