You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining strict food cost controls, and fostering a collaborative culture among your kitchen staff. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and timely service.
  • Develop and manage kitchen staff through training, mentorship, and performance coaching.
  • Maintain strict control over food inventory, procurement, and waste management to optimize profit margins.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations (HACCP/local standards).
  • Design, refine, and implement menu offerings that align with company goals and customer preferences.
  • Manage kitchen labor costs and scheduling to balance efficiency with service demands.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe and organized working environment.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, food cost calculations, and budget optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and retain high-performing culinary teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and current industry health regulations.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and modern kitchen POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of remaining calm under pressure.
  • Culinary degree or relevant hospitality certification is highly preferred.
