- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage and train kitchen staff, assigning tasks and ensuring quality standards
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs

Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Certification in food safety and handling (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
