We are looking for a hands-on leader who can maintain high culinary standards, inspire our kitchen staff, and ensure every plate served meets our company’s commitment to quality and service.

As our Kitchen Manager, you will be the backbone of our back-of-house operations. You will be responsible for overseeing daily food production, managing inventory costs, enforcing strict food safety protocols, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes culinary creativity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen brigade to ensure consistent food quality and professional growth.
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations (HACCP).
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs (COGS), and reduce waste through precise portion control.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and seasonal specials in collaboration with management.
  • Oversee vendor relations, procurement, and quality control of incoming food supplies.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and operating safely.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Deep understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent inventory management and cost-control capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant degree or certification in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is a plus.
