Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and portion fresh ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, and meats, according to recipes and culinary standards.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring all supplies, dry goods, and perishables are stocked and available.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary pantry area and work station at all times.
- Assist the culinary team with food plating and service preparation when needed to ensure timely service.
- Label and date all food items properly to ensure freshness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and handling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
