Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee kitchen operations and product quality to ensure consistency and excellence
- Develop and implement quality control standards for all food products

- Monitor inventory, supplier relationships, and cost management
- Train staff on food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and best practices
- Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in kitchen management or quality control
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and ISO standards
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record in product development and process optimization
