Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily preparation, cooking, and portioning of pet food recipes in compliance with food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen machinery and production equipment safely and effectively to meet daily output targets.
- Conduct strict quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation following HACCP and workplace safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and packaging materials, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Support the packaging and labeling process to ensure products are retail-ready.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and increase daily efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a central kitchen, food manufacturing, or food service environment is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certification (required for food handling roles).
- Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as part of production duties.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight production deadlines.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and pet nutrition.
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.
