Bali Buda is looking for a detail-oriented Kitchen Quality Supervisor to oversee and ensure consistent food quality across our multiple outlets and production kitchens. In this role, you will be the guardian of our culinary reputation, ensuring that every dish meets our exacting criteria for taste, texture, and presentation before it reaches our guests.
As a Kitchen Quality Supervisor, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between creative culinary execution and strict quality control measures. You will implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct regular sensory evaluations, and lead training sessions to empower the kitchen staff. Your keen eye for detail will help minimize waste, reduce errors, and ensure a seamless dining experience for our community. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and weekly quality audits on all menu items to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and visual presentation.
- Implement and strictly enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food handling, preparation, and storage.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on quality standards, proper techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and management team to address quality issues and improve menu offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels of quality-sensitive ingredients to prevent spoilage and ensure freshness.
- Investigate customer feedback regarding food quality and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and local health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume kitchen or F&B establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including valid HACCP certification.
- Excellent sensory evaluation skills (taste, smell, texture).
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
