Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare food items accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Manage daily kitchen inventory, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular counts.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to place orders for supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries for quality and accuracy.
- Document inventory usage and waste logs using basic Excel/spreadsheet tools.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Food and Beverage is a plus.
- Previous experience in kitchen operations or food service is highly preferred but not required.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, and moving heavy supplies.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
