Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and plate high-quality food according to standard recipes and health safety guidelines.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service to all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and workstations.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with a service-oriented mindset.
- Operate POS systems and manage payment transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational school in Culinary or Hospitality preferred).
- Strong passion for the food and beverage industry and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and highly disciplined work ethic.
- Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
