Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to company standards and standardized recipes.
  • Provide excellent table service, including taking accurate orders and serving food and beverages promptly.
  • Maintain peak cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols to maintain guest health and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the F&B industry, specifically in Kitchen or Service roles.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety (HACCP) standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively and stay calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
  • Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Bali.
