Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to Grande Cafe's standard recipes and procedures.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all customers.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining area.
- Process customer orders accurately using the POS cashier system.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock and ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or retail is an advantage, but not required as full training is provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be a reliable team player.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours.
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit, preferably residing near Seberang Jaya, Penang.
