- Prepare and cook high‑quality plant‑based meals according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards in line with local health regulations.
- Assist in menu planning, portion control, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the head chef and service staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
- Monitor food freshness and storage conditions, rotating stock as needed.
- Support the team during high‑volume service periods, including weekends and holidays.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of kitchen processes and presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a kitchen staff, line cook, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vegan/plant‑based cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
