Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation activities including chopping, slicing, and washing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work stations and equipment
- Support chefs in plating and presenting dishes according to established standards
- Monitor food inventory and report shortages or supplies needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Basic communication skills in English or Filipino
