Bubba Pizza is seeking highly motivated and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our rapidly expanding team in the beautiful surf town of San Juan, La Union. In this role, you will be an integral member of our back-of-house team. You will learn our specific recipes and procedures, from dough tossing to topping and baking. Your primary goal will be to ensure the quality and consistency of every pizza that leaves our kitchen, directly contributing to the outstanding dining experience our customers have come to expect. - Prepare and portion ingredients for pizzas and other menu items according to Bubba Pizza's standard recipes.
- Assist in cooking, baking, and plating dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of inventory (FIFO).
- Comply with all company policies and operational procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, slicers, and mixers.
- Report any equipment maintenance or safety hazards to the Head Chef or Manager on duty.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Culinary Arts is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations gracefully.
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for food quality and sanitation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and work in a warm environment.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Juan, La Union.
