Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain clean and sanitized workstations, equipment, and storage areas
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
- Follow food safety protocols and HACCP guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Support menu development through ingredient testing and presentation refinement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred
- Minimum 1 year kitchen or food service experience
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
