Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in daily food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and marinating ingredients.
  • Ensure all food items are presented and plated according to company standards.
  • Efficiently pack food products for distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation by following safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Support the kitchen team in managing inventory and organizing food supplies.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent food quality.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of kitchen equipment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is highly preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
