Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas and equipment
- Manage inventory, including stock rotation, ordering, and waste reduction
- Collaborate with service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Adhere to food safety protocols (HACCP) and local health regulations
- Assist in menu development and seasonal recipe testing
- Train new kitchen staff on procedures and standards
- Monitor kitchen equipment functionality and report maintenance needs
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of professional kitchen experience in food service or hospitality
- Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques preferred
- Basic food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills beneficial
