- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and efficient food storage practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during peak hours
- Adapt menu offerings based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences
- Train in traditional Balinese cooking techniques and international cuisine

Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in commercial kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills for team coordination and guest interactions
- Physical stamina required for extended standing and lifting up to 20kg
- Willingness to participate in ongoing culinary training programs
