Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily food preparation and mise-en-place.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety in compliance with company protocols.
  • Ensure efficient workflow during peak service hours to meet guest expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and storage management.
  • Operate professional kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items through creative input and feedback.
  • Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent communication across all shifts.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment.
  • Strong passion for food, cooking, and culinary innovation.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a multicultural team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn and improve daily.
