Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble light meals, sandwiches, and pastries according to standard recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment at all times, including countertops, equipment, and floors.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for all customers.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies to ensure freshness and quality control.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, toasters, and blenders safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the café team to coordinate orders and ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Restock ingredients, condiments, and disposables to prevent service interruptions.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in culinary arts is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a café, restaurant, or fast-food kitchen is preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is an advantage).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
