Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items following standardized recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and proper storage of food supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and health regulations
- Support menu development by suggesting improvements and new dishes
- Handle customer orders accurately and communicate effectively with service staff
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in food preparation or kitchen operations
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
