We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff to join the culinary team at PT Benteng Raket Olahraga. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring food is prepared efficiently and safely. You will work closely with the head chef and kitchen crew to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Your primary focus will be on assisting with daily food preparation, from washing and chopping ingredients to plating dishes for service. We pride ourselves on a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, and your contribution to maintaining these standards is essential. As a member of our hospitality team, you will also help manage waste and ensure the kitchen remains stocked with necessary supplies. - Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to standard recipes and plating guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination and ensure safety.
- Ensure all cooking utensils, dishes, and workstations are washed, sanitized, and stored properly.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report any shortages to the kitchen supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent culinary qualification is preferred.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP protocols is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
