Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
- Manage kitchen inventory, including stock rotation and waste reduction
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen team members during peak service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and workstations
- Assist in menu implementation and seasonal dish preparation
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on best practices
- Contribute to menu optimization and cost control initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
- Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in food service
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine
- Certification in food safety and handling (HACCP/ServSafe preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 25kg)
- Basic proficiency in kitchen management software
