Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes and standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols in all kitchen operations
- Manage inventory of food supplies and report shortages to management
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure timely food presentation
- Train junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures
- Adapt menus to accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests
- Monitor food quality and presentation consistently
- Participate in menu development and seasonal recipe testing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional kitchen experience in hospitality sector
- Basic food safety and hygiene certification (HACCP/ServSafe)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
