Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily food preparation, including washing, chopping, and marinating ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Support senior kitchen staff in executing menu items during busy hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure all workstations are organized and equipped for service.
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines for all dishes.
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe kitchen is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Denpasar, Bali.
