Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, surfaces, and storage areas
- Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff during peak service periods
- Support menu development by providing feedback on dishes and preparation techniques
- Handle basic food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification in culinary arts preferred
- Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
