Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients including washing, chopping, and marinating.
- Cook and assemble menu items according to standard recipes and plate presentations.
- Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times to meet health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure timely order execution to maintain kitchen workflow and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in dishwashing and heavy-duty kitchen cleaning tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast-food environment is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
