Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen crew to ensure timely service.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or culinary setting preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
