Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces
- Plate dishes attractively and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Manage inventory and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for kitchen operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
