Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Cook and grill various menu items, with special attention to pizza preparation
- Plate dishes according to presentation standards and ensure food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health standards
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of kitchen supplies
- Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely food service
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
