You will assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes, with a special focus on our signature pizzas and a variety of other menu items. As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with chefs and other staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in receiving and storing supplies to minimize waste.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Clean and cut ingredients, including vegetables, meats, and cheeses, as required for service.
- Support the Head Chef and other kitchen staff during peak service hours to ensure timely food delivery.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up stations and cleaning equipment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, with a focus on pizza making being a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
