Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, and food items according to standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Assist chefs and cooks in the preparation and cooking of menu items to ensure timely service.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards for the kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures.
- Assist in plating dishes and ensuring the highest quality presentation for guests.
- Monitor kitchen inventory levels and report any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and food handling protocols.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn new culinary skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
