- Prepare ingredients and cooking items according to standard recipes and plating guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment at all times.
- Assist head chefs and cooks during peak meal hours to ensure timely service.
- Follow all food safety and health regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Monitor and report inventory levels of dry and perishable goods.
- Properly store food items to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good understanding of basic food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
