Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas and equipment
- Follow strict food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak service periods
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Support menu testing and seasonal dish implementation
- Train junior staff on kitchen procedures and standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional cooking experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines
- Food Handler Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
