Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and quality expectations.
- Ensure all food preparation is done in compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP/food safety).
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation throughout the shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
- Handle food ingredients with care to minimize waste and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with the serving team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Perform daily opening and closing kitchen procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Passion for cooking and interest in the food and beverage industry.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Good team player with strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail regarding food quality and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and food safety practices is a plus.
- Discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential.
