We are currently seeking dedicated, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Back of the House team as Kitchen Staff for our exciting Mactan Branch.

As an integral part of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. You will work alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced setting where teamwork, speed, and precision are key. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and marinating items according to standard recipes.
  • Cook, assemble, and plate menu items to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen work environment at all times.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., grills, fryers, ovens).
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are completed and served promptly during peak hours.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and handling protocols.
  • Support the Head Chef and other senior staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Back of the House (Kitchen) operations within a restaurant setting.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation, handling, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 25kg).
  • Applicants must be currently residing in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, or willing to relocate.
  • Food safety and sanitation certification is an advantage.
