Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
- Assist in food preparation, presentation, and maintaining high kitchen hygiene standards (for Kitchen Staff).
- Manage orders accurately and ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and kitchen stations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Participate in daily setup, closing duties, and inventory tracking as required.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; attitude is everything!
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
