Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and assemble fresh salads, sandwiches, and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and food preparation area at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock ingredients to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the Saladbar station during opening and closing hours.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding ingredients and menu options with a friendly attitude.
- Perform regular cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory.
