Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, equipment, and utensils
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and storing supplies
- Adhere to portion control guidelines and maintain consistency in food presentation
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff regarding order status and special requests
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and cooking techniques is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and willingness to learn
