- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure fresh ingredients are properly stocked and stored.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Assist in the preparation of sauces, fillings, and assembly of signature lasagna dishes.
- Uphold safety procedures and handle kitchen equipment with care and precision.
- Participate in periodic kitchen training and menu development sessions.
