Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dishwashing, and food preparation areas.
  • Operate industrial dishwashing machines and ensure all kitchen utensils and cookware are sanitized according to safety protocols.
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently to keep the area organized.
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and dishwashing chemicals as needed.
  • Ensure that all heavy kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained periodically.
  • Strictly adhere to local health and safety regulations and corporate hygiene policies.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak operating hours.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training preferred.
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, or hotel dishwashing role is a major advantage.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for long periods.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English or Filipino.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
