Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the dishwashing area and kitchen workspaces throughout the shift.
- Assist in the proper disposal of kitchen waste and maintain the waste segregation area.
- Support the kitchen staff by organizing deliveries and restocking supplies as needed.
- Clean and sanitize floors, walls, and food preparation surfaces in accordance with health and safety protocols.
- Operate industrial dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or in a similar back-of-house role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
- Must be willing to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic command of written and spoken Filipino and/or English.
- Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
