Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain thorough sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware
- Ensure consistent cleanliness of dining areas, preparation zones, and restroom facilities
- Operate industrial dishwashing equipment efficiently while following safety protocols
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures according to hygiene standards
- Support kitchen staff during peak hours by maintaining organized storage areas
- Adhere to health and safety regulations established by local authorities
- Conduct regular cleaning schedules for high-traffic service areas
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or housekeeping roles preferred
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and conduct
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
