Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas
- Operate dishwashing machines and manually clean dishes, pots, and pans
- Sort, stack, and store cleaned items in designated areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Monitor and maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies
- Follow proper sanitation and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or dishwashing preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
