Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace throughout service hours.
- Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation and ingredient handling as requested.
- Manage waste disposal, recycling, and composting according to company sanitation protocols.
- Monitor and restock kitchen supplies and cleaning materials regularly.
- Deep clean kitchen areas, including floors, grease traps, and ventilation systems as scheduled.
- Support the front-of-house team by ensuring back-of-house operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or in a similar back-of-house role is preferred.
- Strong commitment to food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a warm environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to a flexible 'On-Call' work schedule.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Residency in or near Cavite City is preferred for easier coordination of on-call shifts.
